Online Test Instructions
Step #1. Select the test you wish to take
Step #2. Register or login to ensure proper credit for your test.
Step #3. Provide your unique identifier
Step #4. Indicate payment mode
Step #5. Answer all 8 questions
Step #6. Receive confirmation of completion

You will earn 3 AAFP Prescribed credits for each test you complete. Each test covers material presented in EBP of the month corresponding to the test name. You may want to have the appropriate issue of EBP on hand when you are taking a test. Instructions for completing the online CME test are summarized in the left-hand column on this page. All 2010 tests must be completed before March 31, 2011. You must be current on payment before test credit is conferred.
