FPIN provides several writing opportunities to engage all skill sets. Please review this section to learn more about the benefits of FPIN membership, fees, and various opportunities for engagement. The membership process is simple:
- Complete the online Membership Application.
- You will be contacted arrange a phone call to discuss scholarship goals, timelines and answer questions.
- You and other faculty may get started writing eMedRef topics and/or HelpDesk Answers alone or with residents.

If you are a prospective author and are wondering if your program is a member of FPIN, please review this list. All family medicine residency programs are welcome to our membership, so if you do not see your institution’s name, please contact membership@fpin.org for an application.

If you are the Program Director or Chair, you may complete the online Membership Application. You will immediately be eligible to access our HelpDesk Answers and eMedRef topics. Our Membership Manager will contact you to set up goals, timelines, and writing projects.
