Evidence-Based Practice Journal Policies
Evidence-Based Practice is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and rigor in clinical evidence-based publishing. The journal adheres to the principles and guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Complaints and Appeals
Concerns regarding editorial processes, ethical issues, or published content should be submitted in writing to the editorial office and will be reviewed by editorial leadership. Authors may appeal editorial decisions as outlined in the Peer Review and Publication Ethics Policy.

Copyright and Permissions
Authors are required to transfer copyright to the publisher upon acceptance. The journal does not offer open access options.
Permissions for reuse of published content are managed through the publisher’s Rightslink service. Authors and third parties should refer to the publisher for reuse requests.
Journal Management
Evidence-Based Practice is published by Family Physicians Inquiries Network (FPIN) in partnership with Wolters Kluwer. The journal is supported by an editorial team that includes Editors-in-Chief, Deputy Editors, Executive Editor, Managing Editor, and an Editorial Board. Manuscripts are managed through Editorial Manager® (Aries Systems) to ensure a consistent and rigorous editorial process.
The journal publishes monthly and includes structured, peer-reviewed article types designed to support evidence-based clinical decision-making in primary care. Evidence-Based Practice is indexed in CINAHL.
